Job Information - Load Job - Load by Job No

Use this option to recall a normal service job or a field service job by job number.

1. Select TRANSACTIONS | JOB TRANSACTIONS.

Micronet displays the Job Information screen.

2. Select LOAD JOB | LOAD BY JOB NUMBER.

Micronet displays the Job Selection screen.

3. If required, you can filter the list of jobs displayed by Job No, Debtor or Job Status.

Micronet displays the jobs matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.

4. Double-click on the job you want to load, or select a job and press the Enter key.

Micronet redisplays the Job Information screen with the job header details.

5. Continue processing the job by completing the steps required in the "Job Transactions Overview".
